I had two oriental rugs that needed to be cleaned and they did a fabulous job! They also cleaned my home carpets. Andrew explained that the method of cleaning is much more thorough and care of antique rugs is not to be left to amateurs. He talked himself out of needing to deep clean one of my rugs and suggested they do a mechanical beating of it and brought it back perfect and with a nice pad for underneath it. They took my rugs to their warehouse and gave one rug a fully submerged bath. It came back so shiny and new I was surprised! He knew where my mystery rug was from and told me all about it. Andrew is passionate about what he does and was excited to help me. Very happy with this company. Thank you.
RV Upholstery and Carpet Cleaning---PERFECT!!! Thanks to Andrew. our never cleaned before cream-colored upholstery and carpet looks brand new. Andrew called when he was on his way, showed up on time and was super friendly. You can't go wrong with his highly professional work and reasonable price. He also threw in some spot cleaner and recommended not to use Resolve (which I had been using). Worth the 1 1/2 week wait---I'm so glad he's busy but not surprised.
This company went above and beyond!!! I was planning on replacing my 10-year-old carpets. I've had multiple local carpet cleaners who I thought had done a good job (always looked good, but not great). Last week I had Andrew’s carpet cleaning team come out, clean my pet-stained, child-soiled carpets & Scotch Guard them. THEY LOOK NEAR BRAND NEW!!!! Their prices are very fair, and compared to the quality of the work, I would have been happy to pay even more!! Don't be fooled by the "discount carpet cleaners". I think I'll be keeping my carpets for a few more years thanks to Andrew, and he definitely has a new customer for life.
We love having Andrew’s Carpet Cleaning team to our place! Monday they came out to our home. Over the years we have come to trust them and always know that our carpets and rugs are taken great care of. Booking the job thru the staff is easy and the reminders sent to our phone is really cool. We recently bought a home with lots of stone floors (not much carpet anymore) but the cleaning of the stone is amazing. We usually get our stone floors done just before a family gathering or a party hosted at our home. It is fun to listen to the guests comment about how they love our floors. Thanks to Andrew! Everyone at Andrew’s Carpet Cleaning team is great! Wendy, Andrew and Jonathan are the best. Highly recommend them and their work. This is a wonderful company! We highly recommend them to everyone. Our carpets look brand new and all the stains are gone. They even cleaned a couple chairs for us and they too look brand new again. Wendy, Andrew and his assistant are all very reliable, pleasant, professional and honest people. We will definitely be calling them again next year.
Phenomenal! Andrew was amazing. When someone's this good, they deserve a true 100% referral. I never thought the tile grout and dark tracks on the stairs carpet etc. would get that clean… even after 7 years of pets. Past experiences with other companies made me believe it's always an illusion of clean for the first few days or weeks, then the deep-down dirt returns. It's been months now and everything still looks better than new. You don't have a choice if you live in the area, you have to use these guys!
I highly recommend Andrew’s Carpet team and will use them again! Andrew is very professional and friendly. My rug came back looking as good as new. Andrew took great care with my rug and he is someone I feel I can definitely trust. I handed him a check and 5 minutes later he came back to tell me that I had accidentally overpaid him. The service I received from Andrew’s Home Services was fabulous! I had to make a few calls to them due to my schedule changing and every time I spoke with Wendy she was extremely helpful and kind. Andrew was at my house and did all work in a timely manner. I am very pleased with how my carpets came out, stains were removed and all areas look fab! I'll be using this company again!
When we moved to Ojai from San Francisco, we didn't think we would be able to find anybody locally with the expertise and experience to correctly clean our oriental rugs. How wrong we were! We sent a rug that our cat ruined, in more ways than one, to Andrew, and when it was returned a week later, it was better than new, fresh with vibrant colors! In addition to Andrew’s carpet cleaning team's obvious knowledge of these fragile carpets, they provide a terrific level of customer service. The carpet was picked up and delivered back to our home, at no extra charge, and Andrew even tagged a corner of the pad and the carpet so we could align them correctly. In all our years of sending our orientals and persians out for cleaning, we have never experienced the level of know-how, care, and customer service provided by Andrew and his team. We are beyond happy to have discovered this exceptional resource right here in our backyard!
My normally continent dog had an accident right on our (off white background) 45 year old hand knotted Persian rug. Disaster! I found Andrew’s team online, confirmed they knew how to properly wash older rugs, and called. Andrew’s team called me back within a day. He and a colleague picked up the rug from our house, washed and dried it, and returned it in a week, carefully putting it back in place. The rug looks better than it has for years! I'd had it cleaned once before, by someone else, and that was rather an ordeal. By contrast, Andrew and his team did a spectacular job. Not only did they get out the dog mess, the rug looks brighter, the colors and patterns are sharper and the fringe came out looking white and clean. Holland Rugs exceeded my expectations, were on time and communicated well, and were really nice. I am thrilled to have found them and am so impressed with the job they did. Highly recommended.
I was very pleased with the services provided by Andrew’s Carpet Cleaning team. Upon return, my two Oriental carpets were clean, with bright colors and no offensive or perfumed smells. Turn around time was 1 week. The owner, Andrew, called me the day before to confirm our appointment time, and delivery was within the 1 hour window we had agreed upon. Rates are very reasonable and the customer service is top notch. Andrew even provided a complimentary bottle of spot remover when he delivered the rugs. I took a chance on Andrew’s Carpet Cleaning Service team .based on the positive Yelp reviews. Another rug cleaning company, located in Camarillo, ruined one of the rugs I inherited from my dad, so I was apprehensive about having other Orientals cleaned. I'm glad I entrusted my rugs to Andrew’s Team, they will get all my business in the future and I'm happy to refer this company to my friends and neighbors.
Andrew’s Carpet Cleaning is so much more than rug cleaning. Andrew can provide the appropriate pad that is needed under the rug, he can add fringe, he can repair/replace the salvage edge that a cat destroyed, and of course, clean your rug. Andrew is truly amazing. He took my antique rug that I was afraid to clean for 25 years and it is gorgeous. He is a miracle worker when it comes to rugs. And did I mention that his prices are very fair? I had many choices where to take my dirty and damaged rugs and I am so glad I found Andrew. He provides old-fashioned, quality, personal care. I wish I could give more than five stars...he is so worth it.
