Owner/operator Andrew Holland has almost 20 years experience running a successful steam cleaning firm in Ventura county. In 2022 He decided to sell his company and follow the dream of farming his own land, which brought him to the fine town of Mariposa.
Since Andrew started steam cleaning in 2006, he has attended every training course available and holds every cleaning certification including master textile cleaner.
Andrew started 20 years ago with the same business philosophy he believes now, which is that a service business should provide the best value to their customers by working hard and solving cleaning problems. A combination of a top quality truck mounted cleaning machine, strong communication, and knowledge of advanced cleaning chemistry means that Andrew delivers the best value in the area.

Thanks to Andrew. our never cleaned before cream-colored upholstery and carpet looks brand new. Andrew called when he was on his way, showed up on time and was super friendly. Phenomenal! Andrew was amazing. When someone's this good, they deserve a true 100% referral. I never thought the tile grout and dark tracks on the stairs carpet etc. would get that clean… even after 7 years of pets. Past experiences with other companies made me believe it's always an illusion of clean for the first few days or weeks, then the deep-down dirt returns. It's been months now and everything still looks better than new. You don't have a choice if you live in the area, you have to use these guys!
